Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a way to define an advancement. For a target, we have to write what corresponds to:
- 30%: if only 30% is reached, what do we want to reach? What is the most important part to reach?
- 70%: the simple minimum we want.
- 100%: This is the full featured target. It is also over quality.
80% is far enough. Don't target perfection.
