We are our emotions. Who can change them has power on us for good, or bad, for wanting it or not. This includes us. It isn't possible to change our own emotions for long by pure will. We need to understand why those emotions arises from which need.

Identifying the needs in ourselves as well as in others is how you can move forward.

By focusing on what is needed, you are able to adapt and accept tradeoffs and others may respond to your need in a way your didn't anticipated.

1. Could they be hungry?
   • Time since the last lunch?
2. Could their diaper be loaded?
   • Any smell?
3. Could they be tired?
   • The eyes?
   • Dark circles?
4. Could they be too cold?
   • Darker hands?
   • Darker lips?
5. Could they be too hot?
   • Pink cheeks?
6. Could they be bored?
   • Do they consider that you ignore it since too long?

Two minutes or two days could be confounded.

When they say no, you don't to what most of the time. To the maner, to the actor, to the weather, to ... Don't ignore totally a no, but don't be offended too much.
